This one-hour virtual training session provides practical, real-world insights to the civilian business world’s structure, organization, alignment and other variables. This information helps participants clarify their transition target, plan their transition, and prepare for success on the next legs of their career journey. Our co-founder and Executive Director, Bill Kieffer, who will be delivering this class, is a veteran who has experienced military career transition, and subsequently spent 20+ years as a HR and talent management executive.
