Tom brings over 15 years of dedicated leadership and management experience in a broad and diverse array of settings including healthcare management, specializing in administrative operation support services and programs. He is a 20-year military veteran with over 15 years in Special Forces. His expertise in operational excellence and lean-agile transformation across complex organizations in global environments has enabled outstanding results and top-performing teams, and adds great value to VCJ’s mission.
He holds an MBA from UNC, Keenan-Flagler Business School, a Bachelor of Science from Kaplan University, and an Associate of Arts from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
