Stephanie Lada is a talent acquisition leader with 20 years of success in the recruitment industry. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Wellpath, where she leads a team dedicated to recruiting health care professionals.
Prior to joining Wellpath, Stephanie spent 11½ years with ManpowerGroup Solutions as an award-winning top performer, leading large-scale client partnerships, mentoring emerging talent, developing a recruiter leadership training program, and delivering full life cycle talent acquisition solutions across diverse industries.
Stephanie’s passion for helping veterans transition into meaningful careers is deeply personal. She comes from a proud military family: her grandfather is a WWII veteran and three-time Purple Heart recipient; her father served as a US Air Force Air Policeman during the 1960s. Her brother retired as a Sergeant Major after a distinguished 27-year Army career, with service at multiple global locations.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shawnee State University.
